This is a building I Heart Dale and myself had noticed in the past, but never paid any attention to. That is, until we drove by and saw the building half demolished. It was then or never. We found a parking spot, and made our way into the security fence and into the building. This place smelled like piss so bad. Apparently it was a petstore by the name of Finicky's and a corporate office for the Delkin DryCleaners company. The building kind of sucked and wasnt very photogenic, but it was still a good time with good company. To see I Heart Dales shots visit

This part of the building was used as a Delkin DryCleaners head office. Tons of shit was piled in one room and the keys to the business were laying in an unlocked safe in another. If they weren't demoing the building, I'd be the new owner.
